Grimsby Institute (Animal Enclosure) – Project with Topcon Building

This project was delivered in collaboration with our valued client, Topcon Building, for their site at Grimsby Institute.

AIG supplied a purpose-built animal enclosure as part of the development, which has now been transformed into a dedicated Animal Management Centre. The facility will support commercial activities, including kennels and dog grooming services, while also serving as a practical learning environment.
