Aire Park Leeds – Project with Vastint UK

Bespoke Fabrication of Louvred Doors, Louvre Panels & Substation Louvred Doors
Aire Park is one of Leeds’s most ambitious regeneration projects located on the South
Bank, Leeds. It transforms the former Tetley Brewery site into a mixed-use
neighbourhood of homes, offices, retail, leisure, and public outdoor spaces.

AIG is proud to be involved with the project, collaborating with the project consultants
and project developer Vastint UK to design, build and deliver a variety of combined
louvred door set, louvred panel set and approved substation louvred doors across
various areas of the development. AIG provided a bespoke louvre solution designed to
blend in with the surrounding façade, that combines durability with maximum airflow.

When complete, Aire Park will span more than three hectares, providing generous green
space that blends habitats for wildlife with areas for leisure, play, and active travel.
Acting as the centrepiece of Leeds’s vision for the South Bank, Aire Park strengthens
connections between the City Centre, Leeds Dock, and the forward-looking Climate
Innovation District.
